Assessment and Review Procedures

Questionnaire

The questionnaire provides us with information to advise you if an Initial Assessment is recommended.

Initial Assessment

This is a one hour appointment during which tests of coordination and balance are undertaken to identify if our intervention programmes are appropriate.

Diagnostic Assessment

This is a comprehensive three hour assessment of:

• movement, coordination and balance,
• listening and visual skills,
• memory and thinking skills,
• literacy and numeracy.

Review Appointments

These one hour appointments take place every six weeks to assess progress and advance the intervention programme.
