The original work on Bilateral Integration was developed by Sheila Dobie OBE. This movement programme develops coordination, balance and postural control and stimulates the neurological links between movement and cognition. Its primary use is with individuals with movement difficulties and any associated learning or behavioural problems.

Training dates for Bilateral Integration at The Movement and Learning Centre for 2017 are:

Level 1 training – 2 days (recommended)
•    3rd and 4th April 2017;
•    11th and 12th October 2017.

Training is also provided on demand from interested individuals and groups. This bespoke training can be delivered throughout the year at mutually agreeable dates and venues both domestically in the UK and abroad. September 2016 sees the fourth annual training programme in Bilateral Integration taking place in Melbourne, Australia.
